Although I’ve always had the mentality, reading the Handbook shed so much light. How do I refrain from hating men with a passion and being mean/bitchy when they fuck up.

Same, the men I have been meeting are such a tidal wave of disappointment and entitlement that I had to just stop before I became permanently embittered. I definitely can't meet a good man when I'm feeling that way, so I just take breaks from even trying. It's exhausting out there!
