Stupid, as if the reason people are starving in NK is because of a lack of aid. Same with Africa - I get these YouTube ads begging for money because 1 in 7 kids apparently does not have enough food to eat.

Here's the sad truth - if it were for aid alone, there's enough food going around to feed the entire planet 3 times over. Just that the people running the crap-holes polluting this planet are interested in keeping their people hungry. So they take the food, they take the aid, and give it to their army instead, or just keep it.

So yeah, let's throw away even more money on things the US simply cannot afford.
