I dont know how its in Serbia, but i guess compared to Germany, there arent as many highschool / university graduates. The women may percieve those irresponsible men as more manly compared to their 'educated' counterparts because they dont give a damn, which probably flaws the decision making of many women. But well, i dont expect logical reasoning from women.
