Got into a little discussion with a girl here on Reddit very recently, which was born out of a misunderstanding in a comments section which then escalated to her screenshotting one of my personal posts from my profile page, and sharing it. I don't actually have a problem with this, I'm more concerned about how I may be coming across to people in general, which is why I've come here.

And maybe I shouldn't be concerned at all. Frame is everything, but I can't trust that frame when I haven't properly tested it in nearly 3 years - I've socially isolated, and for the most part been depressed and anxious nearly non-stop. So, if I'm cringe right now, then so be it... I need you guys to point out any cringe, or autistic errors and help me to start correcting this shit. Trial and error. I'm sure there's more mistakes to be made, and that's fine. You've gotta re-learn somehow. Here's the short convo in order:
