From what I understood the votes were counted on the ballot machine running a program that had a faulty security encryption. The majority of these votes were counted in a way that a person can change or manipulate it. The machine stores all votes on a usb drive which can be accessed by plugging it into any computer due to a lack of encryption and the type of vote that was counted. They are saying the votes are not making sense and seem to have been manipulated and the path that would achieve that is by simply altering these votes after voting on the usb drive. They were not encrypted meaning any computer can view and edit them. They were counted as adjudicated votes meaning they are manipulatable by human interference instead of a set vote. In addition to votes not adding up and a simple route to how they could have been altered, there are no logs from the time frame they would have been manipulated at. Meaning someone went in and deleted all records during the time in which manipulation would have occurred if it indeed happened.

TLDR: Votes can be changed by anyone and they aren’t adding up. The data logs at the time of possible manipulation are deleted pointing to it being covered up.

It means that if you own the machines you can have them tell you whatever you wish to hear.

To be truly secure, the source code should be open source and owned by 'We The People'. There should be frequent testing for valid results and absolute physical security (no USB ports or ability to connect to unauthorized networks).

This forensic report should cause people to wake up to the fraudulent 2020 election and their statistically very unlikely result (mostly hammered into our skulls by legacy media).

I don't understand how can a country like America which has been very competent on cryptography design a vulnerable security encryption system? Even if you take Covid into account, it does not in any case justify this carelessness.
