Those of you that may be following the USA election may or may not be aware of the US Constitution. I submit to you this text from article II.

Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors.

Pennsylvania's election is a complete shit show on purpose. The problem for the Biden camp is that state election law states that ballots need to be submitted by 8pm local time to be valid. The Governor, Secretary of State, and Attorney General decided to make their own rules. The liberal dominated state supreme court sided with them in violation of the US Constitution. Supreme Court Justice Alito told Pennsylvania twice that all ballots coming in after 8pm had to be segregated. The game is on and we shall all see how it works out. There is potentially 750,000 ballots that can be thrown out if they don't meet the standard set out by state law.

Edit: I forgot to say that in PA the state legislature is Rupublican dominated. This means the legislature, if they determine the election corrupted, can choose the electors to vote for president when the electoral college meets.
