Do you believe men and women should have equal rights?

I'm not gonna use "feminism" or "egaltarianism" to describe this idea, even if you do believe they represent this idea already. So just focus on the idea that men and women should have equal rights, or alternatively, your gender should have no bearing on the rights you have. Do you believe in this idea?

If yes, do you believe current society in the Western world has already achieved this, or is there further work to do? If no, what alternative system do you propose and why?
