Arrests and indictments that do not result in convictions should be removed from the official record, and anyone who publishes the names of the accused should be liable for damages. If the person lost a job and/or spent time in custody the city/state/province responsible should be forced to provide a reference as the person's employer so as to avoid creating a gap in the person's resume.

We must get back to "innocent until proven guilty" and to the principle of making the victim whole.

Edit: let's apply that to colleges, too, since "China Joe" seems determined to re-create the Kampus Kangaroo Kourts of the Obama era... any student whose education is interrupted by an accusation that is not upheld by an actual court of law should be reinstated as if he had never left, with a full scholarship and full academic credit for any classes missed.

The fucking piece of shit police plastered his face all over the news and other media platforms. They issued a statement to seek the general public for help to arrest this man. He had no idea that he was under arrest.

Normally, under the laws they were supposed to inform and read this guy's rights. They must state the reason for his arrest. This is character assassination. It looks they have a personal vendetta against his guy. Probably some white knight police "officers" that did this.

Oh yeah! In the article the so called "love of his life" aka his girlfriend broke off with him even though she knew he's innocent (supposedly pressure from her family). They don't give a fuck if the guy is innocent or not.

I went out with a 19 year old when I was like 30 and I could tell she was young by her conversation and behavior, I imagine a freshman in high-school would be even more obvious.
