While I agree that there would be harsher language (rape) if it were a man charged, I think we need to keep in mind that at the moment, they are charges, not convictions.

The MGTOW community knows very well how easy it is to charge someone with sensational crimes, so even though she's already being handled with kid gloves compared to a man, I prefer for the details...and a confession and/or conviction...to come out before demanding equal treatment for a crime.

Innocent until proven guilty should be for everyone, so if we demand it for men, we should demand it for women, as well.
