So I picked up The Rational Male by Rollo Tomassi on Amazon a few days ago.

Here

While I'm not completely finished reading it, (about 60% through it), I have to admit that it is a well thought out and intelligently and excellently written book, written in language that anyone new to Red Pill concepts and Game Theory, (the social kind, not the mathematical kind), can easily grasp and enjoy while gleaning from it the necessary basic knowledge of what the Manosphere is about and how the concepts can be applied to life.

The Pros: The price is awesome for the amount of information contained within! $8.99 US $11.99 Canada. It is a octavo size format paperback with a gloss cover and feels really well put together. Also the cover is red (hehe) and the title text looks good and draws people (other men, which in this case is a good thing) to you when they see you reading it. I got about 5 'asks' about the book on the train to work this morning.

The downsides: The fucking text is too damn small! I felt like he kept the text small to fit as much info into the book as he could, while keeping the page count low as to keep the price accessible to the buyers on the cheaper end of the spectrum, as the page count clocks in around 300 pgs.

While i applaud the effort in this, it makes my eyes hurt after a while.

But overall, I like the work, and I plan on buying a bunch of copies to handout at Christmastime to dudes that I know that I feel need it. It's that good.

Also, I picked up the seminal Bang by Roosh V. I haven't read it yet, and to be honest, just from skimming it quickly after it was delivered, I don't think that there is anything in there that I didn't get from reading and posting in the roosh v forum over the last year or so, but I picked it up anyway to show some support for one of the saints of the Game Movement and the Manosphere in general.

The pros: While I haven't actually read it yet, the book looks good with the all black gloss cover and the solid white "BANG" in block letters stands out.

The cons: For the price I paid, $18 US, I feel like it could have been a thicker book. It tops out around 130pgs. Since I haven't delved into it yet, I could be wrong about how much info it holds.

TRP, Give you guys take on some of the Manosphere literature, suggestins and whatnot.

Discuss.
