Not when they're all giddy and girly around a guy (or girl if they're a lesbian) they like. Even women in countries as conservative as Saudi Arabia will let out their true nature around alphas, intentional or not.

Culture highly influence people. When something is consider socially bad like whoring around a alot, most culture shame people. So people can be more conservative in other cultures. But deep down it's AWALT.

It is more or less the some all around the world, except in some places, like some muslim countries where women risk their lives for having sex (but still they have anal sex before marriage).

I doubt it. Maybe some differences as far as social/cultural norms but women are still women at the end of the day. People talk shit about America but I'd say its worse in other places. Especially where hustling is more essential for survival. Places like these are where hypergamy has even less shame.
