I’m not sure if this is an issue in any other community. But I notice within the black community, a lot of black women are single, but they are emotionally loyal to a Tyrone that won’t commit. Therefore, a man that’s actually good for her, has no chance with her. Who else notices this ?

It's that way with all women. Dating a hot guy is like currency for women. It moves them up in the eyes of other women. A woman can be the fastest, smartest or best at something and other women don't care. But you date a good looking guy and you are the envy of all other women.

Even if the guy isn't super hot, as long as you are dating the best looking guy in your friend group, the other women adore you.

And that's all they really care about. To you and I, we don't place as much importance on social standing, so we can't understand why a woman would choose a guy who offers nothing but. But thats all they really care about, so they will chase those guys endlessly, before giving up and reluctantly settling for a decent guy.

Women are most likely to go for the “bad boy” of their communities, for upper middle class whites that’s the scammer who smokes weed all day... for black people (in the USA) the class system works differently, the bad boys are potentially more dangerous because of socioeconomic situation, same way for lower class white women it’s the methhead crackpot. The purpose of marriage (in its non modern perverted form) is so that a man can use social pressure to keep a woman subjugated to bear and raise his children. If every man was a Tyrone, there is no need for marriage. It is an arrangement that benefits woman greatly but it was invented for men, as the man is the prime mover that makes it happen. With a few exceptions, women lack the foresight to advocate for marriage and are content to carry on like the OP describes.
