You're 6'1, meaning you're basically in the top 90% of height in America, and even higher worldwide, and you genuinely feel insecure about your height?

Your height is nowhere near being an issue, it's your brain.

I swear our addiction to professional sports has completely skewed our perception of height. 90% of people aren't even six feet tall.

Relax man jeez. So annoying and pathetic when tall dudes complain about their height. I’d know because I’m the same exact height and literally feel no insecurity whatsoever because it’s obvious we’re taller than 90-95% of all men. What the occasional dude is 6’3”-6’4”, only a couple inches taller? Imagine being 5’8” and you got dudes half a foot taller than you walking all around you.

You’re like someone who makes high six figures depressed because there’s millionaires who exist, all the while you watching people who’re living in poverty all around.

Get over this, it’s not hard whatsoever.

If you really can’t do it on your own, start training grappling or striking (whichever you prefer) and after 6 months you won’t give af about the height difference because you can still beat their ass.

Dude see a shrink. If you had a two foot long dick you'd be going around comparing yourself with guys with two foot one inch dicks. Maybe focus on things you can change like career, style, working out, character. You know, these things that short guys have to kill it at in order to make up for the 5 inches they lack on you.

I'm 6' 1" sit on a computer all day and still manage to be skinny and make good money while having freedom of time. I could be depressed my jaw isnt perfectly chissled like Zack Efron and nose is two mm bigger than I'd like.. I have a shit ton to work with and I was almost born ahead in many ways.

You also do. It's amazing the things you can do when you stop beating yourself up about not being perfect. Be awesome as fuck instead. Those people come in all sizes.

Late post but 5'6" 21m and Caucasian. Stop worrying. I learnt along time ago that height is not a personality trait. Carry yourself with confidence. If youre still feeling insecure you'll find a shrink will look for something deeper

Well what is the root concern? It's that if you are not the tallest person, you're no longer cool? Hit on girls, go on some dates. This is the quickest way to get rid of most insecurities. This is because you may ultimately be afraid you are not tall enough to date girls. Once you break that weird insecurity, your brain starts to back off those feelings because girls are going out on dates with you and interacting with you.
