This sounds really beta, but personally I don’t want just sex I want basically a good relationship with a girl where we have fun doing shit together on a semi consistent basis.

Get a girlfriend for sex.
Get a dog for the emotional stuff.

What do you think an LTR is? Your separating emotional intimacy and sex shows a lack of understanding of the game. You try to get with girls to have sex and if she's worth spending time with again then you spend more time with her and have sex again. If you aren't having sex then there's no emotional intimacy yet other than companionship, which is not the same. This is a natural progression to a LTR which is someone you can be more intimate with, but you have to balance that with not being completely needy and forgetting about abundance mentality and outcome independence.

Stop using "alpha" and "beta" labels. There are simply behaviors that elicit responses given the context.

"limit yourself to not showing too much affection." Again, there's a time and place to show affection. You don't have to be a robot. When you're having fun together, have fun. When you're in bed fucking and moaning each other's names, then be there 100%. When she pulls back, you pull back.

You can have it all. The main thing is to not depend too much onto it. You should always be willing to leave the relationship or to saying no. Have the fun life you want, regardless if it's with or without her.

Funny enough, I've been having these same thoughts and will probably post a question regarding the intersection between the redpill and spirituality, which from a certain perspective implies being emotionally open, compassionate, and caring when thinking of it from an Eastern view.

Now on to your question, you desire someone you can let your guard own around, be yourself instead of this alpha construct that has been formulated by tidbits of redpill philosophy and PUA lessons, ad become emotionally vulnerable with. It's not beta, we all need someone like that. What everyone else on this subreddit will tell you is that you're looking for the kind of relationship you should have with your bros in women, with some of our more extreme characters saying it can't be done. For the most part they're right because the relationships between men and men will never be the same as the ones for men and women. However there is one exception: mature older women.

I'm not trying to advertise a love of milfs or anything corny, just that women will only display an affinity for real intimacy such as you describe when they're older. Women's bodies mature quickly, but it takes them well into their thirties to do it mentally because that's when they start losing their looks.

I'm assuming you're my age, early to mid 20s, and that you mostly interact with women in your immediate age group. You'll notice they only care about one thing: entertainment. It's all very surface level and aesthetic for them, if you're not that cool, distant guy they can't figure out, then their top priority is keeping you interested with slobs on your knob. That's why you see hot 19 year old's being super affectionate with average to semi-handsome looking guys that look about as emotional or affectionate as a mountain.

To end my rant, I myself enjoy dating older women, though not exclusively, and find the sex great, the dates super fun, and the emotional connection so great that I'm even starting to repair traumas caused by other women in my life. I even think some cultures push their boys to service older women until they're of marrying age to prepare them as husbands and fathers. It serves as great outlet to get all that "beta" pussy feelings out, so I can focus on my dharma and crushing it every time I game.

TLDR: wait to have these kinds of relationships with women who are mature enough to appreciate them.

You can have that, but the problem is knowing she doesn't belong to you, that's why it hurts. So you can enjoy that intimate time you spend with her, but don't be attached to her.
