What? How was he is doing is "technically legal"??? Maybe rape by deception isn’t considered a crime... but using fake ids has to be illegal.

If he showed you fake IDs what he did is 100% illegal and you should seek legal advice. See if there are community legal centres in your state if you can't afford it, many of them offer free legal advice.
