Hello again. I posted not too long ago and I want to first thank you all for your advice. This question, while relating to my situation, is more of a general one.

Say, you’ve been seeing a man. I guess you can call him an alpha male. High smv, confident, care-free, naturally talented. Naturally, he attracts many women. Naturally, he gets involved with many women. Especially considering he has a high sex drive.

You’ve been seeing him casually. I guess you can call yourselves “friends with benefits”. You have a great connection, mentally and sexually. He’s been trying to be more than that, though. He claims that he loves you and that he can see himself marrying you one day. He hates calling you his friend- he wants to make you his girlfriend. He claims this while still being attracted to and getting involved with other women.

Could you possibly believe him? Sure, men are more sexual and have a drive to spread their seed and whatnot- but in my opinion, when you truly love someone, no one else should interest you. I could be looking at this through too feminine of a viewpoint, though.
