You will be fine. Don't do it again and pretend it never happened. As for your crush, I doubt he thought much of it and bringing it up with him will absolutely make it worse.

It's all fine. Just honestly pretend it didn't happen and your crush will forget, writing the behavior off as you just being drunk. Pretend it didn't happen (which shouldn't be hard if you truly don't remember much), and things will go back to normal. Truly, you weren't in the right state of mind and neither was anyone else in the group, so it'd be silly for anyone to hold your actions against you.

It's not ideal and you should not do it again, but such things can happen. When my relationship with my BF was very new (about 1 month in) we celebrated my birthday with a few friends. Now I like drinking alcohol from time to time and he knew that, but I don't drink much and know my limits. But on that evening I reeeally drank too much. He had drive, so he had just one beer.

I felt really terrible on the next day and I had to throw up several times. I was SO embarrassed because the relationship was very new and I felt disgusting and stupid. I just should've known better. I apologized a thousand times and was very afraid that my BF would not like me anymore.

But he was very sweet about it. He made me some soup, brought me tea and water and just told me that's it no problem. I really learned some things about him that day and it didn't happen ever since.

Drinking at parties at 16 is a great pathway to cause you to stumble into making decisions that can permanently lower your value as a partner. It is not a far jump from too much alcohol meaning making out with someone to not having your wits about you enough to have the sense to turn down sex with someone. Alcohol impairs judgment badly. I teach my son not to approach or fraternize with women who get drunk and party. I doubt you permanently marred your reputation with this encounter but you are playing with fire. If you keep going to the parties in this way you will begin to be seen as a lower value party girl even if you aren't having sex yet. The assumption will be that you are just a few drinks away from putting out like a lot of party girls. Be smart and don't play in this scene.

Everybody's first time drunk is usually embarrassing. Not that you should be making a habit of this, or drinking at 16, but I think you should look at this as a growing pain, not a tick against you as a woman. I don't think it would be possible for a first time drinker to anticipate the way alcohol is going to affect their body or behavior. In general, drunkenness is unattractive because you lose control (and probably don't realize it). It is always smart to know how much you can handle, and have a plan for what to do if you end up too drunk, needing a ride, or feeling sick. You really didn't do anything bad-- you were being a drunk 16 year old. You should also know that anxiety is a real hangover symptom-- I feel uneasy every time I overdo it. I'm guessing that most of the people you were with that night are also 16, were also drunk, and are also feeling anxious. They probably don't remember much of what you were doing.

I don't think you should feel any shame for what happened. "Bouncing back" is always a great way to cover up embarrassment. Release your shame, and if asked, say you had a fun night. No details, nothing negative.
