Well, we know that Australia is a feminist hellscape and that the women there have been complaining for years that no man wants to get married. I have been predicting for a long time that if enough men go their own way and refuse to get married that the laws will eventually change because regular women will demand it.

Most women don't go into marriage intending to get cash and prizes out of it. Not that they turn them down when offered. But if enough men wise up to how one sided divorce is and refuse to play it will be the women that demand the laws change to entice men into getting married again.

Also from reading the article it sounds like the feminists are freaking out about the change so that is probably a good sign.

It's probably too early to tell but this reads like it could be a good thing.

This is why it had to go....pretty much it had failed completely, any accusation was taken as fact so fathers were considered guilty by proxy....also the premise that 50/50 joint custody was not healthy for a child held absolute sway.

The only people that opposed it were those involved and feeding off the system, hence its being placed back into the Federal court were evidence is required and hearsay accusations that cannot be supported will be considered just that, hearsay.

My wet dream is that family courts around the world are all abolished, but this makes my bullshit sensors malfunction. I'm guessing they just tied family courts into the regular courts to save the government money and charge men even more for divorces. I know things will never get better for men, this is just my hunch.
