Throughout my life I've been able to earn the respect of other men, even when I was a weak little bitch. I was never bullied despite being effeminate and socially awkward. Of course, after much self-improvement it's been even easier for other men to like me, but I can't put my finger on what, exactly, allows me to gain other men's respect.

What do you think earns men's respect? More specifically, what helps one gain an alpha's respect (in general)?

It's clear that I'm not struggling to get that respect, but having a framework will probably help me improve much faster.
