My best guess at why they have that effect on us is because we are not proud of ourselves as an individual. We know we are flawed. That we could improve but are too lazy to.

When a hot chick shows interest in us, it challenges our low self esteem: "if only i could get with her i would know im attractive"

Avoid hee. Focus on yourself. Look in the mirror. Take photos of yourself. Do you like the person you see? Or do you see someone not worth respecting. Someone even you wouldn't respect if you saw him as a stranger...?

Onitous is almost always a result of low SMV. Low SMV is the main reason for low self esteem. Don't involve yourself with women until you are confident and proud of who you are.....otherwise, the best you will ever do is attract a woman set on manipulating you because she knows her smv is higher than yours and you should feel "lucky" to be with her.
