Hi. 31/M here. Born and raised in India and living in Delhi, India currently. Have lived in a couple of other tier-1 cities as well. Fit, goodlooking and have been spinning a rotation of 3-4 plates for a few years and have no intentions of marriage/kids/LTRs ever. Have an online business that's doing really well and already about 75% financially independent if I am to live in India for the rest of my life.

I need help deciding where it is that I want to live in.

Most Indian cities that I have lived offer the same pros and cons. The pros namely being the low cost of living, easier to build community/friends from scratch, great sunlight throughout the year, I do very well with the local girls, people envy my freedom/lifestyle, cheap labour/maids etc.

However the cons are that Indian cities by themselves do not offer much. Most cities just offer a ton pubs, junk food outlets, a bit of nature on the outskirts and open-mindedness towards singles. There is very little music/culture/sense of community among people/fun things to do in the city.

I also have trouble connecting with majority of the people who work IT/Service jobs for 60-70 hrs/week and subscribe to getting an or have already gotten an arranged marriage, drinking on weekends and complaining about their life, which forms the big majority of people my age (which is already a minority because the biggest percentage of people in this country are labourers who can't speak English and are just looking to earn so as to survive the next few months) so my sense of community and connection with these people is not great.

I Google cities in USA/European countries and each city just seems so much to offer for sightseeing, for activities, for hobbies, for group and community stuff, better work-life balance etc, individuality etc.

I want to know that as a first generation Indian (have an accent, medium brown skin tone, tall, good lucking), is being rich and living in India my best option or should I move out to a foreign city? And if yes, which one?

I am not sure if I will be able to connect with people given English is not my first language + I have an accent + differences in culture. I don't know if I will be prejudiced against in the dating scene and do worse (or better?). And I don't know if I will be considered a below average guy in foreign cities, as apposed to being considered above average by default here in India.

How should I proceed? Suggestions for cities to live in would be very welcome too.
