I was hanging out with a Girl, where had our 2 date and she asked me if I thought about her. She was obviously fishing for validation. I changed the subject and she also questioned why I didn't respond to it, so I just ignored it and kept talking about other stuff. Later she told me, that it was a funny question from her side, I asked then whats funny about that and she responded nothing.

I honestly didn't understand why she was calling her question later funny. it is just unusual for me... Why would she say that? And did I act right or wrong, could I have done it better?
