Would have said "unless youre gonna be entertain me, im gonna have my fun" and just continued like nothing happened. Its annoying when youre chillin and people kill your vibe for no reason.

Silence wasnt a bad choice to go with imo, better to be silent than to show her you got butthurt by it.

Punishment itself.

When a girl exhibits undesirable behaviour then you need to punish it relative to the severity.

From withdrawing time & attention in person, verbally checking her, you communicating with her less frequently, you seeing her less frequently (ie. demote her in your plate hierarchy), soft nexting to hard nexting

If you do not punish relative to the severity then that behaviour will be deemed as appropriate and will continue.

This serves two purposes

1, she actually feels the effects of that punishment and has the opportunity to change her behaviour accordingly if she wants to keep your time and attention

2, it allows you to filter girls out who do not actually care about your time and attention.

So you need to consider whether her punishment (you withdrawing and going away) was sufficient. If this occurred in private, then it could be. However as it was in a group setting where she could still enjoy the company of the group without you, it may not be sufficient.

Frame control regarding the punishment.

Whether you maintained frame here is ultimately dependent on what frame you have and what you tolerate/punish regarding the behaviour of your plates.

If you have previously punished her this way (or more severe) for similar behaviour in private, then her doing this in front of your friends (ie. an increase in severity) is not a sufficient punishment and you would have lost frame as there is a lack of congruence between what you consider suitable behaviour from her in private versus in public.

If this was an increase in punishment then you would have maintained frame.

You need to be consistent with ALL of your plates for what you tolerate from them and how you punish them for the same bad behaviour.
