Is there duty sex in a long-term relationship? Yeah, occasionally. I'd say maybe once or twice a month I have sex with my wife that ends up being duty sex. I've definitely duty sexxed her a few times when I was tired as shit.

Otherwise, I'd say the sex is fantastic about 75% of the time, and pretty good the other 25% of the time.

The concern is when duty sex is the norm, and sex becomes infrequent and/or shitty. That almost always means you're not being enough of a man, and you need to hit the gym, or quit being such a fag. It also may mean having a loving discussion with her about not being a frigid bitch (use more flowery language than "frigid bitch", though).

Hmm...this is usually a sign of a lack of sexiness on your part. This might be due to increased amounts of communication with ltr. A good rule of thumb is to not generally text them and wait until they text you now that you are already in this thing. What I mean is what for her to text you, but still be interested in her in your replies. This way she thinks you aren't thinking about her and when women think their man isn't thinking about them, then we are thinking about other women. This is true. However, it will make her work for it a bit more and your value will go up in her mind. I could be totally wrong though if that aspect hasn't changed.
