A trick I found that works for me is to not fight but just let it pass. Lust like any other feeling will pass in time so long as you don't indulge it or deny it. It takes practice to become stoic to your emotions, it doesn't mean you don't have them. It means you recognize and acknowledge them without giving into them. It takes time and sacrifice but if you can do it you become bullet proof.

I work out in a serious gym.

The nearby 24 Hour Meat Market and Purple Fitness gyms are closed so all of the Instagram models are clogging up my gym.

They wear thongs and bras, stand in front of the mirrors photographing & admiring each other's asses, and hit on guys trying to improve themselves.

Can't wait for these Tinderellas to go back to their red-light district gyms.

I love when i am out hiking or walking on trails and see thots. Its fantastic because they always try to get attention.

Yoga pants still disgust me. Short shorts work pretty well though, and the summer has plenty of those. The right body type in a summer dress will also kill.

I'm in the "30s, established and desired" category now, and I love talking to women sometimes. When they get into the withhold sex a little to manipulate me into more commitment mode, I always say things like,

"And how long did you make guys wait while you were in your twenties?"

Or better, when they push for commitment, I say,

"You know, I like you, would be happy to take this somewhere. But, where were you in my 20s."

They ALWAYS say, "I WISH we would have met in my twenties, I would have adored you."

"Really? Because plenty of women adore me now, but barely any women ever even gave me the time of day in my 20s. I'm pretty sure you would have been the same."

This kind of thing confuses the hell out of them, but it low-key really bothers them because it's in that category of things where even a reasonable woman will know that it's true, but absolutely have no ability (except with that early booze buzz) to admit it. It's giving away the keys to the kingdom. They'd sooner spread their legs than ADMIT what's really going on. It's like their meta advantage.

I love it. It bothers them and frustrates them to no end. Because a lot of them are very emotionally in the moment. So, punishing them for something that can't be changed or addressed just bothers them to no end.

Was at the grocery store and women are starting to go into heat. They stop in front of me or get in my way just to get attention. One was like fucking 70 with that white Q-tip hair. Then there were these two gay guys that almost seemed to be every place I was trying to get to. The store was almost empty but these people still managed to get in my way. They want me to stop so they can do their thing. It makes them feel a rush to have me stop and allow them to do their thing.

This is some serious advice.This is how i overcame my "crush" on a girl in college, who was manipulting and playing guys left and right(was engaged to her fiance in other state). I felt the attraction in first year. I tried to keep denying it, but it wasn't working. So to keep myself from becoming a simp, i accepted she was attractive(by my former standards), but i convinced myself i was there to make a good future for myself not destroy it. So by the end of second year she had lost any attraction in my eyes to the point where she and another girl were my project partners(She was one of the few who were good at my subject of interest), but i was able to keep it professional. I did not feel any attraction at all.

So bottom line is infatuation/attraction same like pain dilutes to the point of nothing over time. Its not worth loads of other issues which come up if you pursue it.

I say this only because you mentioned monks. It is good that PNC helped you to avoid 18 years of hell by dating a whoman/thot. But what we rub out of our body is made up of our blood, flesh, and bone marrow. If you like the idea of the monk, try to overcome the urge/need/drive for female companionship with your strength and reasoning while avoiding rubbing one out. Semen contains life force.
