In the UK recently, a 33-year-old middle class white woman was killed and a white man has been charged with her murder. We don't know the circumstances beyond that. For all we know, the attacker knew the victim and had a personal beef with her. We just don't know yet and we won't until it comes to trial. It hasn't stopped a slew of articles blaming all men for the UK supposedly being a really violent and dangerous place for women to walk in public. The media and various leftist politicians are exploiting this woman's murder to push their toxic anti-male agenda.

After the Met told women in Clapham not to go out alone, many took to social media to reflect on how women are repeatedly expected to change their behaviour and reduce personal risk, shifting responsibility away from the decisions and actions of men.
About 200 women a year are victims of homicide, out of a population of about 70 million. That's 200 too many, but still, the UK is one of the safest countries in the world. 80% of homicide victims are men.

"The issue with the argument is that women can't win," says Daisy.
"They want women to not treat all men as potential attackers, but then we also are asked to keep ourselves safe.
"Keeping ourselves safe means that we have to see everyone as potential attackers, because if we were to say, 'OK, not all men, we will treat everyone as innocent until proven guilty', that's when these things happen.
Other women are coming out of the woodwork to showcase their hatred for men:
An actress sparked fury today for likening the apparent death of Sarah Everard to Piers Morgan's criticism of Megan Markle - saying they are both 'part of normalised entitlement that men are encouraged to feel towards women'. Kelechi Okafor claims 'socially encouraged misogyny' had led to her death.

"I learned from a very young age that I would have to change my behaviour in order to keep myself safe," Grace Jessup tells Radio 1 Newsbeat.
"We're seeing a lot of women coming out and saying, 'we're tired of this, we're sick of this'.
"We're also kind of sick of the fact that this is a shock to men."

So what do they want exactly? Society is already vastly safer for women than it is for men, who are far more likely to be assaulted or killed. There is no perfect solution where women can be 100% safe, any more than men can. Other humans can be violent and unpredictable. Even a child quickly learns that. But it seems a lot of women still haven't figured this out yet and think we can somehow eradicate all violence from the world? Sounds good, what are women's solutions for achieving this? Oh, they don't know HOW, they just demand that men make it happen, somehow.
There are calls to make 'misogyny' a 'hate crime'. But murder is already illegal and yet it still happens. So I don't think that's the answer somehow.
