I think the world would be a better place if we went back to defining rape as physically forcing someone to have sex against their will. Ex. If he restrained her against her will and had sex with her, then it's rape.

Charging someone with rape who really isn't a threat to anyone is vindictive, expensive and an insult to actual rape survivors.
