Women aren't good at STEM. They are forced to opt STEM regardless of their non-interest to satisfy the statistics and outperform men which they can't because women in STEM only have potential to be a follower, not a creator. Despite being 60% of the graduates, they still not innovate things.

Lol bud r/askwomen is a joke, I asked a simple question on why hot women like skinny hippy manbun guys that could not even defend their women. I get denied by some feminist that said I cant ask personal questions... like wtf it's called askwomen I am trying to find a womens perspective on it lol. I ask what the deal is and just get blocked.. it's funny really that when you are even polite to get clarification you get booted which makes you really think are women worth the time to even consider hearing their opinion... maybe a few good ones but the rest are so tainted that I stay away.

I guess asking women why they don't want to go into STEM might hurt the campaign to villainize men for the disparity. They can join us in STEM if they want.

The answer to your question is very simple. It's because men and women are different + men like dealing with things while women prefer dealing with people + men have statistically higher IQ than women which makes it more likely for men to gravitate towards fields that require analytical skills.

You don't need to ask women that. Just look for stats. People are the worst at recognizing their biases.

it doesn't fit their agenda ... I have a M.Sc. in CS myself (consultant, Zürich, 6 figures) ... women are more interested in humans (proved by studies) ... men are more interested in things (proved by studies) ... so this already explains a lot ... interestingly there are more women in STEM if you live in an "unequal" country ... my female colleagues are all from Pakistan, India, Syria, Turkey, Saudi-Arabia ... they did this job so they could be indipendent

The answer is pretty simple. They want the recognition of being in STEM fields, without putting in the effort. So they bitch, moan, petition, and bother people until they are given "management" positions in the STEM fields.
