I'm a guy and wanted female opinion on this. Straight up answer don't worry about my feelings. I'm just 5 foot 8 (173cm). Told I'm handsome. Full head of brown hair, average to muscular body type and can grow a beard. Am I going to struggle with dating based on my height?

I’ve known plenty of men who are 5’8 who have no problem dating, as long as you have other qualities.

I’m married to a man who is 5’ 6” on a good day. I was attracted to him because he acted like he was worthy of my attraction regardless of his height.

He was also overweight when we started dating and I was still wildly attracted to him because, again, he acted like someone who thought he was worthy of a woman’s attraction. It was never a matter of “Gosh I hope she’s attracted to me.”

It was more like, “I’m going to put in the normal amount of effort to be attractive, like showering and styling my hair and putting on cologne and dressing well, and she can take it or leave it, but I’m not going to beg for her approval.”

Something about that attitude turns me on. And it worked like a charm.
