I'm 26 years old. I've started to take TRP recently. I've been reading http://www.doctornerdlove.com/2013/07/cold-approach-pt-1/ and it occurred to me that I have nothing to say. Nothing (personal or emotional) to offer to people in conversations. I offer them facts, knowledges, perspectives about things that I care about (which are me, my life, what I want, self improvement, belief systems). Usually without emotions. That's it. No punch line. No story. No lessons or points. I realized since I have nothing to say, I can't be a part of society, I can't probably have a girlfriend, I can't probably have a social circle with my current state of self. I never had these (friends, relationships) so far. Just acquaintances.

Thanks to TRP, I can see where I am at right now. . (So that I can be a functioning member of society and have a social circle and women in my life.)

I want to learn how to make stories or create emotions out of day to day events. Firstly, to do that, I think I need to care about what I'm saying. For that, I need to care about the world, events and what is going on around me. Okay. So far I figured out this much. But I don't really care deep down. But I will try to pay more attention and care. I think I will need to see life, events, things positively within me. Then I just need to speak my mind. Secondly, stories or emotions have some sort of "main idea" or "remark". I can't see this. I can't come up with a remark or main idea in most cases. When I was 10 years old, I remember having an assignment to summarize paragraphs of a writing. I used to copy sentences and mix words instead of summarizing them in my head. Maybe I should practice that? While reading a book, I can come up with a short sentence explaining the main point of a paragraph and chapter and say it out loud.

Should I just do those practices, talk to more people, "trust the process" and wait until problem fixes itself?
