Hi,

So I have been reading and trying to learn but I would like advice from my stronger sisters.

I am currently going through heartbreak but it doesnt seem to be improving or fading. It's my second heartbreak so I thought it would be a bit easier atleast. It's just I'm still crying for atleast 30 mins to an hour each day, sometimes more than once. Today is day 7. I know time heals but the pain is ripping my insides. I've deleted all messages of him and pictures every trace and his number. He reached out to me via email the last time I ended it and we spoke and he wanted to talk via text which escalated to a call which further escalated to meeting in person but we never spoke about the real issue so I know he wanted to continue using me despite claiming he loves me. Hence I ended things once more for good this time and I told him not to show up to my house unannounced again, nor call nor email me. He messaged back saying ok he'll respect my wishes. I keep expecting him to atleast email like he did last time or show up or something but at the same time I dont want him to.

I want to cry to get better and improve but the temptation has been so high to send him an email. It just hurts so much. I want to atleast reach out and agree to be friends as he wanted but he's so manipulative I know it's not a good idea because he'll find a way to use me. I just dont know how to get stronger from this. I am F(23), he's M(25). I am in my final semester of university and my finals will be starting soon so I need to focus but I cant. Any solid advice?

What have you ladies found really helped you through severe heart break? What helped the pain fade apart from time? I just want my body chemicals to return to normal so the ache can heal. Also how can I further keep myself from actually emailing him? He said if I ever needed someone to talk to he'd be there but I just dont know because I know it's a horrible idea to reach out to him but I dont know how much longer I can stop myself. Any advise? I'm trying to fight but at the same time I feel like I'm drowning.
