Yesterday I approached a girl (I'd say a 6) at a coffee shop, talked her up, and got her number. She was with a couple friends, but was pretty cool about it. I walked right up to her, told her I thought she was cute, started conversation, and eventually took a seat next to her. I'd say I did decent enough with talking to her (plenty of eye contact/didn't check her phone), and when I asked for her number, she made a new contact and entered her name into my phon.

Does the fact that she created a new contact with her name instead of just inputting her number a strong sign? Or do some girls just do that?

I texted her the evening of the day that I met her (I met her when it was almost lunch time) and have had no reply almost 24 hours later. One thing is that she has an iPhone, but my message sent as a green text message, meaning she did not have reception at the time I sent it. I've had cases where green texts don't end up delivering for hours or days at a time, so should I try sending another text or even call her? I know it's not a fake number because I did a number search on Facebook. Maybe she doesn't take me seriously because I'm in high school and she's in college?

Maybe I should just drop it and go out for more numbers?
