The other day I was visiting a long time friend, she was saying how guys hit on her all time and how annoying it is but it seem like she bragging. anyway as the conversation progress she says " I could have sex with you right now and you wouldn't say no"

I thought it was weird thing to say and even if it was true why would you say it out loud. What does it mean when a girl says something like that.
