These 2 seem to be in an area where the list price isn't just the bid starting point and taxes aren't unbearable, but they'll both probably need some work, depending on what you want. I moved from the city to a small farm and it's one of the best moves I've ever made, from every aspect. My house was a cheap 1870's farmhouse with 3 additions, and I've ended up replacing almost everything from the floor joists on up. It's been an adventure, but I now have a comfortable energy efficient house that will last the rest of my life, and it's worth over 10 times what I paid.
This one wouldn't be for everyone: it appears have no indoor plumbing, but does have a water well with hand pump. https://www.realtor.com/realestateandhomes-detail/M9456112793
Nearby this one has 4 acres, with all utilities for $75,000. https://www.realtor.com/realestateandhomes-detail/2368-Gauley-Tpke_Flatwoods_WV_26621_M96805-99323
