This is such good advice but easier said than done. I've almost made some mistakes that would land me in prison over people harassing and bullying me. Honestly in school I had a lot of friends and people didn't really give me a hard time, I'm not bragging or saying I was popular. Honestly when people would describe me they would say I was the nicest personal they'd ever met, their words, but later In life I had no idea how to deal with people giving you a hard time for no apparent reason to the point I would get very angry. Really just one man stands out the most. I would constantly have to see him because we we both went to the same trade school that was one class all year and the next year it's the same faces for 4 years 4 hours at night per week. This guy would always pick a fight with me and I still don't know why to this day. he'd occasionally mess with someone else but mostly me. I used to imagine shooting him in the heart specifically I'd get so angry. Not anyone else and not at the school nothing like that. He'd also threaten to grind my face across the concrete so it wasn't just some school bully, this man was probably late 30's. I've never been arrested, have never been violent so this was new to me. I realized that I just needed to ignore him because he was winning by controlling my emotions. once I stopped reacting I got better about not getting angry. He wasn't worth it.

If you were wondering me ignoring him did not stop his harassment towards me. I would just tell myself if he ever came through on his promises of hurting me I'd just call the police and let them handle it. For whatever reason the school wouldn't do anything about the situation. They'd say "not our problem, it's between you 2." Wish I would of known Bruce Lee's advice back then.

SOoooo true... Part of why men age better, in general, than women. They stress over EVERYTHING. Take offense to EVERYTHING....

I would suggest reading his books and that of his daughter, about him. The man was as much a philosopher as he was martial artist and actor.
