Focus on your work/ Gym/ hobbies

Just do what you want to do in life without worrying about having to take someone else into account. Watch whatever you want to watch on Netflix. Eat whatever you want to eat . Fuck whoever you want to fuck. Honestly it's pretty easy .

Focus on the reasons you left the relationship, not on what you miss. You'll naturally have periods where you miss her, but try to remain focused on the disadvantages of being in that relationship -- all the costs, the problems, the headaches.

Then you work to build a new sense of identity and worth that isn't anchored in female validation. That's easier to say than do, and it's complicated. Here are a few ideas:

Build a healthy emotional life inside yourself. There are many potential ways of doing this. My own preferred way is by reading books that help cultivate it.
Find hobbies and interests you enjoy. Put yourself into them. Find leisure activities that you find fun and relaxing.
Find people who share those interests. From there you can eventually develop good friendships.
Let into your life people who lean toward the positive, and escort out people who are generally negative, complaining, blaming, have no goals, are nihilistic or cynical about life, etc. They'll just drag you down.
Watch your media and social media consumption. This stuff can poison your mind and waste huge chunks of your life, if you let it.
Be physically healthy. That means good food, real food (my own rules are avoid sugars, grains, processed food, and vegetable/seed oils). Get physical activity. Get out in the sun.
Relax.
Develop a spiritual belief system. Don't interpret this to mean get religious. What I mean is have a vision of life that includes some sense of meaning and purpose, beyond just getting by.
