There's an old term called "White Flight" which describes the process of suburbanization. When a town grows enough to begin having ghettoes of poor people of whatever description, the wealthier elites tend to move outside the city into suburban zones, which eventually themselves start attracting poor people as rents fall, and the process starts again. It is the opposite of gentrification, wherein the wealthy, having reached the limits of a reasonable commute, start buying up the (now) very low-rent inner city neighborhoods and moving into them enmasse. This is how cities are said to have "cultural revivals".

I used to live outside a city undergoing the gentrification phase, where property prices and rents were soaring, and large amounts of liberals from many states were flooding into the new "boom town". The city went from a rather grungy but conservative area into a liberal shithole within about 10 years. Through a series of misadventures that started with Carol and eventually Redpilled me, I moved to smaller and smaller towns farther away.

Excluding the horrible company of Carol for a short period, each move has led me to a more peaceful place. My career was already over (thanks Carol) and I was homeless for 3 years, couch-surfing in college towns. Despite being swamped with SJW brats, each was quieter and less dramatic than the last. I finally got a camper and moved out into the woods in a very old village predating the Civil War. Out here, at least, the freaks don't have any sway. Everybody is normal, even a bit rustic.

Has anybody else exited the liberal hellscape in a similar fashion?
