It's not like you either have 5 star dining, or low end fast food with nothing in between.

The only rule you need to follow is not to pay for her. Follow that rule and it doesn't matter where you go

Find a small family owned restaurant or something like that. Makes you look more knowledgeable of the city.

Just because she says she wants a "nice date" doesn't mean you have to. Do whatever type of date you normally do.

If she complains just bring up the concept that whoever has the idea has to pay for the date.

You should not because you should avoid those places for your own health. Also it's not her role to decide what kind of date she wants. Do whatever you want to do, and bring her along

Depends on what kind of girl she is. If she seems low maintenance then she probably won't mind.
