Enjoy the peace and quiet when she is gone. And then enjoy her company when she is back. You are responsible for your enjoyment of life.

Gee, your girlfriend constantly goes on "adventures" and she doesn't involve you....

And people wonder why MGTOW exists.

Why are you with someone who cares so little about you that she goes on adventures without you? (You said adventures, so I assume it isn't work related).
