I moved out of our family home in November and she agreed to give me my mail. She has not been doing that in fact she has kept all of my W2s and other tax information and then did our taxes without my consent. She did them in a way that can cause problems for me like claiming her business lost $10k last year (we also agreed to not do her business taxes with our personal taxes).

Can I press charges for opening my mail and for doing the taxes without my consent, like identity theft?
