Hey everyone. Not sure if this is the right place to post this as were not married. Just living together. I’m seriously considering separation with my SO of 5 years. We have a 3 year old son. We both work and make about the same income though she has not been working as long. Just started 3 or 4 months ago. Does anyone know how to navigate this situation? Do I still need a lawyer? Or will I only need one if we can’t work out arrangements on our own? Thanks in advance!
