If I'm not mistaken, she needs to give you anywhere from 60 to 90 days notice and in my state neither parent can move the kids out of the school district until 3 years after the divorce. Your argument could be that she's making unilateral decisions and that she is in breach of the MSA/JSA. In most cases the judge will expedite the case and bar her from moving. If she does, she could be held in contempt.

I'm with you man. I know my ex is secretly applying for jobs in Seattle and she doesn't plan on tell me until she's taken the job.

How old are the kids? Does the parenting plan have a relocation plan in it? In Washington there are a couple pages in the end of the parenting plan that state what has to happen for relocation.

You should be good to go. Go into court with why you are against the plan and it is the best interest of the kids to stay in the same school because of friends and familiar environment etc etc.

If her game is to do these types of things where you have to hurry and get legal advice, do it. Some people will do things like that to force you to hurry up and make choices. Know your rights for sure ! So sorry, man
