So I have my ex on several issues of contempt regarding the MDA and parenting plan. One of the contempt issues is intruption of visitation, charges were filed, and the policeman was urging me to follow through. I go to my lawyer, paperwork is filled and 2 months later he tells me her lawyer wants to mediate, and there should be a continuation. So I guess contempt doesn't mean what I thought it did. And Im thinking seriously about dropping my contempt charge and just saying fuck it. I really don't want to get in the court/attorney thing again. I guess my dumb ass really thought, this would go to court, the judge would say don't do that again to her, and that would be it.
