So it’s been 10 months since trial and no judgment from court yet.

Stopped by marital home which she is still living in and she asked me to get her jewelry armoire out of master bedroom which I have kept locked as she had a habit of ransacking my belongings as she is staying in guest room. I am renting an in-law apt closer to work from a co-worker as I cannot live there with her constant harassment. I said no not today as I would bring divorced friend/facilitator from divorce support group as she would not go crazy in front of him. He has also been at all our court dates to support me. Finally she went out to sit by the pool so I opened the room and moved it out.

She was calling me a loser etc. Says why don’t you go home! I said very calmly I am home........ The guy who’s working paying the mortgage and all the bills so she can live there till we hear from the court. LOSER? I don’t think so. She wanted me to ground the filter on the pool. I said no ask the neighbor to do it. He knows how. She either called and had the pool water treated or emptied it and put new water - but it was green last week. I said if you stop acting like a child I can ground it for you. All I could think of was her trying to do it and getting electrocuted.😜! So she was out getting ready to leave for a bicycle ride so I was leaving also but pulled back in when she left and grounded the equipment - had to put some wires together and after I did that I took a dip in the pool!😆

This woman is in total denial about leaving the home - we agreed that I would buy her out. She even had the garden roto-tilled so she can plant her garden. I really don’t know what to think. A decision this week - next month - by the end of the year? NEXT YEAR? Obviously she is hunkered down and not budging.

My lawyer will not inquire to the court as to the status as both her and her partner have had adverse outcomes in other cases when they did. RULE NUMBER 1 : DON’T IRRITATE THE JUDGE! RULE NUMBER 2 : DON’T IRRITATE THE 👩‍⚖️ JUDGE! In the meantime not paying alimony and going fishing/camping for the weekend!! LIFE CAN BE BETTER BUT ITS STILL GOOD! I’M MOVING ON!
