Wife lives in Cayman Islands. She forced me from the house 12 months ago. Been discussing different options for visitation. She is moving back, but will be in a different state and 7 hours away. I am wanting to file before she comes back so that I don't have to go to court, or at least, she would have to come to my state to go to court. I am not asking for anything from her. She makes 5 times what I do. I just want fair child support based on what I earn, and reasonable visitation

She's insisting on half my pay, no holidays for me,no unsupervised visitation and that I pay all insurance costs, even though my jobs insurance would not cover the children in a different state without paying out of network costs.

She has not let me speak to the children in 5 weeks.

I'm unsure what to do and what to ask a judge for.

Would I need everybody's SSN to file?
