I was recently rear ended. I am going through a divorce at the moment. We I have a temporary order of everything that I need to pay plus child visitation rights. I also was told by the judge that I have to pay her attorney which I did. Hopefully I do not have to pay alimony for too long I was married 5 years. My question is I want to know what will happen with the car. I was hit and there was significant damage but they totaled the vehicle they wrote me a check for $2,500 and I was wondering if she is entitled to any of that money. Date of Separation was November of last year also in Oregon a no-fault state if that matters
