Without getting into all the gory details the cliff notes are as follows: married 26 yrs, 3 boys (26,21 and soon to be 18 and graduated). Financially wrecked.. No savings, no retirement, no house.... Nothing. Currently renting and it sounds like after the graduation of our last son from high school that it's time. Although she knows that it's not ever gonna work she would never file. I am gonna have to do it myself.
