I would ask her if she still wants mediation or if she wants to lawyer up. It is cheaper to do mediation and she may have just used the lawyer to file for divorce. Lots of people use a mediator and then use their own individual lawyer to review it to make sure that things are okay. My mediator encouraged us to do that.

Mine has filed as well and it won't be complete till June. She still resides in my home that I paid for without her help. She pays no bulls and acts like a queen yet she has no job and just smokes weed all day long. SMH
