Friends,
I received a request from my future ex's attorney to present 78 items for documentation and 25 questions related to my divorce complaint( I am the plaintiff ).
Any advice on how I compile and present these items BEFORE I hand it to my attorney to avoid exorbitant legal fees? I am trying to ensure they simply send it over to the opposing counsel and work as little as possible.
Also my wife continues to go through her attorney over which days I can get my kid and it is costing me money. I am about to tell my attorney to no longer work that side of it and I can work directly with my wife. Any thoughts on how to minimize unneccesary bills?
