I know my wife is working a plan to eventually file for divorce. I have seen a few attorneys, I feel I know the what will happen. My question is once you file, what happens next? I can’t force her to leave. Do I need a separation agreement so that the bills get paid? What I’m saying is he know the legal process, it’s the other shit that goes on during this process. Example, I would immediately move my paychecks to my accounts and where I can separate out certain financial things. I’ll get a mailbox at UPS. Perhaps a storage facility so I can move some stuff out. I’m looking from guys hey have been thru this for the things that are missed.
